At ReadyPod Technologies, we specialize in the design and fabrication of high-performance immersion tanks that are purpose-built for our modular data center deployments guarantee micron-level tolerances for structural integrity. Our core technological focus is on Single-Phase Immersion Cooling (SPIC), engineering tanks to facilitate the direct submersion of high-density IT hardware into a thermally conductive, non-electrically-conductive dielectric fluid featuring a liquid-to-liquid heat exchanger. This SPIC architecture enables ultra-high power rack densities exceeding 100 kW per tank while achieving an ultra-low Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) in the 1.03 to 1.05 range, delivering a durable, scalable, and hyper-efficient platform optimized for the next generation of HPC and AI computational workloads.
